Love & Special Sauce, Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band featuring Yungchen Lhamo, The Brothers Comatose and The Devil Makes Three are among the acts confirmed to appear at the annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. The free music event will return to San Francisco, CA’s Golden Gate Park from October 4-6.
